Terms of Service

By creating an account, you accept these Terms of Service. Viewing the website alone does not constitute acceptance of the Terms.

1. The Service

Blender Bridge provides a software bridge that allows AI language model assistants to send commands to the Blender 3D software application. The Service consists of a desktop application, a browser extension, an MCP server, and supporting web infrastructure including authentication and subscription management.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must also have legal capacity to enter into these Terms independently under the law applicable to you.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Trial activation is closed until general release. Once available, the 7-day free trial can be used once per verified account, at the user’s explicit request, without a payment card. If requested before registration, it starts after email verification. Registration alone does not start the trial.
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
At the first purchase after sales open, seven additional days are granted only if the one-time gift has not been used. Any remaining active trial time is preserved; another seven-day gift is not added.
Subscription plans (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, annual) are billed in advance.
New subscription purchases are not available yet. The payment provider, payment methods and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchases open.
The price and access period are shown before purchase. Price changes do not change an access period already paid for.
Refund terms will be provided before purchases open. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For questions, contact support@blenderbridge.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code, except where permitted by applicable law or the relevant component’s licence.
Share your account credentials with others or allow simultaneous use by multiple people on a single account.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication, or subscription checks.
Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

Rights in the Service belong to its operator and the respective rights holders. You may use the Service for personal or commercial 3D creation within your access entitlement. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licences.

We do not claim ownership of your creations. Rights in third-party materials and AI-generated results depend on applicable law and the relevant licences and service terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and the Blender application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

7. Service Operation

Errors and interruptions may occur. This does not exclude mandatory guarantees or your legal rights when the Service fails to meet applicable requirements.

8. Liability

Liability is determined by applicable law. These Terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights.

9. Termination

For requests to end use of the Service or questions about your subscription, contact support@blenderbridge.com. Disconnecting a device does not cancel a subscription. Access restrictions for a breach of these Terms must comply with applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

Updated Terms will be published here with their effective date. Where required by law, we will give advance notice and obtain agreement to changes. Publication alone does not change an existing contract.

11. Governing Law

Russian law applies to these Terms. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under the law applicable to them or restrict their statutory right to bring a claim before a competent court.
